Shear Delight Pet Grooming in Yuma, AZ

I would like to know where the groomer that was there before the business was sold relocated to.

Staff was very rude, we took 2 shitzu, been there multiple times. When my boyfriend picked them up, he noticed they still had the old dog smell, paws were still brown. He went back inside to ask if they had been bathed, and got the cold shoulder like he was bothering them. Was told yes and then ignored. On the car ride home, he noticed that the seats were covered in dog hair. That has NEVER happened before after grooming. I then called manager Andrea and was told that they had done everything like normal. I went further in detail as to what we saw and concerns, she seemed like she did not care and was admit about doing the job well. I asked her if she thought i was lying because she was being very rude. wouldn't let me finish talking. I paid $65 for each dog. I believe we should of at least got an apology for not being satisfied. Had to go home and wash the dogs again so we can get rid of the smell and access hair from the groomers. Will NEVER take them back. Andrea, I hope you do not treat your other customers as you did us. Customer service is a BIG deal and you all have none.

Bitchy attitude rude and didn't finish the job

Thought I had a good groomer the owner when she groomed my dog did a. Excellent job but my dog got passed on to another worker first time was ok this last time was not . Sad to say I trusted them I did just a quick overall when I picked him up his snout or nose didn't look right to me but I was in a hurry picking him up . The following day I saw a mark on his elbow area and his nose hurt him . Treating his nose so it will heal . I leave a large tip so they should take care of my baby the pictures say it all . Needless to say I am done with shear delight groomers . End result brought what happened to owner's attention she denied it happened at groomers we got money back for last grooming but after being a customer since 2015 can't take another chance at hurting my buddy
