What a nightmare! I got a HORRIBLE highlight here. When I called the stylist about the horizontal stripes in my hair she said she would help me. No word from here since. It is ok. I don't need her fussing with my hair any more!
I have been a regular customer at Shear Beauty for over 4 years now and am so appreciative of the knowledge and experience of the stylists. I am very allergic to hair color and was ready to give up on covering my gray. My doctor referred me to Lindsay at Shear Beauty and from the first visit it was obvious that she knew exactly what my issues were and how to address them. I commend them on their professionalism and talent and highly recommend the stylists to all.

The salon was recommended by a neighbor since we are new to the area . I stopped by to make an appointment and meet the staff . I made an appointment for my wife since she is deaf and can't call by phone . She went in for a cut and highlights . Two hours later when I went to pick her up I was taken back for it didn't look like her hair had been touched . I wish I had a before and after pic because a difference is not evident . I wanted to go back and talk to the owner , but she didn't want me to do so . I don't mind spending money for good service, but I just blew $105 .
