We love sharkeys! Have been going there for years. They're always so wonderful with both of my boys (now 4 and 1.5) and do it super quick with the wiggly little ones. Shawnte is amazing and makes the process painless and effortless!
We love this place! We usually get the same stylist and she's awesome. She's the only one we've found who can cut my two year old's fade & mini Mohawk combo just right. Love it!
Unfortunately had a terrible experience as our first experience. We set an appointment online, which was confirmed with a text stating the appointment is confirmed and will see us at the appt time. Arrive for appointment and the store is closed with paper hours displayed on the door. The appointment was at 5:45 on a Friday. Hours stated on the paper taped to the door as "new temporary hours" stated Fridays open until 8pm. We called to find no answer. We left a kind and calm message wishing to speak with someone about the appointment mishap. Never got a return call, never was able to reach someone. Can only assume or imagine what is the reasoning for the store not to be open DURING the listed hours even temporary listed hours. Seems like they do not care for customer satisfaction. The most unfortunate part of this experience is that we live in evergreen, and had to commute all the way into town, to find the store closed and no one willing to help us or satisfy us. Will never return and will tell everyone o know with kids to avoid this business.
My 3-year old granddaughter had her first haircut with the full package $$$ in October. My daughter in law bought her back this week for a cut & was told they could only do a bang trim that lasted less then 10-minutes. This cost $23.00! The stylist was not friendly and this price is outrageous.
I have been to this location several times and after my last experience I've decided I won't be coming anymore because of the attitudes of the stylists. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but it happened again. For a kids haircut salon, I want it to be a positive and fun environment. The past two times I have gone, the stylists have seemed overwhelmed and irritated. I hope they can turn it around because it's a really cute salon and has so much potential to be a welcoming, positive and fun experience for kids!
