I've been going to this location for years and I've always had a good experience. Staff is very quick and helpful. The vibes are peaceful. I got an acrylic gel full set and gel pedicure.
I love this place! They always get me in quickly with no appointment needed. My only complaint would be that some of the older nail techs aren't very good with designs but with that being said 9/10 times I love my set!
Love this place, I never go anywhere else. I always get so many compliments on my nails, even when it's time for a fill!! I definitely recommend the gel polish, it lasts so much longer and is still vibrant even after you have had them done for a while.
We had gone there up for a bridal party and several of the girls got mani pedis. I had requested a mani and a full set as we had walked in. We were all assisted very quickly after confirming what we had wanted.
He didn't even touch my nails aside from trimming them down before applying acrylics.
I didn't say anything? Maybe he was planning to later. Well it had never happened, and I just ended up getting the full set. No cuticle oil or anything more than buffing and a trim.
We had finished and the total had come out. I was going to go to the front, but he had brought a card reader up and had stood over me basically when I decided what to tip him. I felt pressured :(
If was $65 dollars when all he had given was a full set prior to the tip. He didn't deserve the tip I gave him, and I noticed it more how globby the glue underneath my nail beds, and the overall job wasn't great.
I'm sad to say I gave him a better tip than he had deserved :(
I highly dont recommend. Was a really awkward 1-2 hours in that chair when he didn't say anything or hold conversation with me. He had a great time talking with his coworker (I don't know what language they were speaking ;-;). It wasn't a personable experience and I had a not great time.
Thank you for the great job and understanding exactly what I wanted. I always leave here feeling satisfied with my nails.
