The lady with blonde hair (that is about 5'4-5'6 tall) is rude. She obviously does not like cutting hair for kids. (especially with special needs). I really appreciated this spot growing up and wanted to take my son where I went. Things did not go well at all. Her body language and attitude is very bad.
I'm the beginning I didn't have any problems with none of the barbers BUT recently they have been messing up first it was my son who is 5! I had to tell them to go over his hair a few more times because there was patches with longer hair they gave me attitude even after that I still have them a tip! Because I know what it feels to work in a salon .... But today I took my brother to get a hair cut he said he wanted a taper! The most basic haircut but they ended up messing it up I went back and told her to fix it and kept giving me attitude telling me this and that and trying to to tell me that that's how it was supposed to look I used to cut hair!!!! Soo I know what it's supposed to look like . So I simply kept my cool and tried to tell her what she needed to fix. At the end it looked somewhat ok I'll never be going back!
Unprofessional, regret coming here. Do not waste your time and money. Lady charged me over $100 to leave with mismatched hair and a stained face. Horrible Service!!
Horrible communication! They don't pick up the phone they don't respond to messages when I finally gave up and walked in the lady told me about 45 minutes wait. I said fine when I came back she said another 45 minutes and I never returned back.
