I have been taking my child here(to Sequoyah)and have always been satisfied, but I went in to get my haircut (from Sequoyah like always) and I wish I hadn't. I showed her a clear photo of how I wanted the front and back. I even told her how I wanted it done. It looks AWFUL!!! I HATE IT!!! The front is totally uneven, she gave me bangs when I asked for none. She cut the back of my hair way too short. The back of my hair looks like she just started hacking at it. It looks like she tried to give me the Rachel haircut from 20 years ago. I wanted a classic bob with subtle layers 1 1/2 inches from the bottom. And when she was finished she curled it when I told her I hated my hair wavy. I was facing away from the mirror and blindly assumed that I was dealing with a professional who would give me the cut that I asked for. Now I'm going to have to wear hats or buy a wig to wear in public for the next few months. So disappointed. It's too short to be fixed. The next time I need a haircut, I'm just going to put it into a ponytail and chop it off myself.
