SBK Beauty & Lashes in Reno, NV

I've been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Natalie. So very satisfied with the service and staff. They also carry a wide variety of beauty products.

Was looking to try leg waxing as an alternative to shaving.  Currently, hard to find any motivation to upkeep it with being ill. I googled and this place popped up with good prices ($50 for full leg versus $80 at other places). I easily booked an appointment the next day on their website.  When I got there, kym was running a bit late, about 15, i didn't have anywhere else to be so it was not a problem for me.  

Kym was great, made me feel comfortable and was efficient. It says an hour is needed, but she did both legs and bikini touch up in 30 minutes. She also used a wax roller which makes it super clean and fast.  She was lovely to talk too, seemed genuine and very sweet.

I have very fine and blonde hairs so it was hard to see if all of my hair was taken. When I got home I did see some missed spots, but only in the right lighting. I don't fault her though just because I have such blonde hairs.  

Overall, it was worth it and I booked my next appointment. I am interested in other services here, eyelashes, tinting and brow waxing, so I plan to explore more.

Omg this place is amazing. The staff is excellent and I go to Jennifer L and she is top notch with her recommendations, her skill and she is super nice. I am so happy I found this place.

After taking a few years off from lash extensions I decided to try SBK and give lashes another shot. I absolutely love the convenience and the ability to add a touch of femininity and glam to an otherwise very low maintenance, outdoorsy, no makeup kind of girl like myself. I had been seeing Jennifer who taught me so much about the proper care of lash extensions (something I was never taught from various other lash artists over the past 5 years of wearing them) Jennifer did an excellent job and is very professional and kind. I also saw the owner Kym for a touch up and she helped me understand the importance of getting the appropriate lash for my own natural lashes, bigger is not always better. Thanks to Kym's incredible knowledge and many years of experience I am getting a slightly less dramatic look but much better retention. Kym and Jennifer are both fantastic, as well as the rest of the staff. I highly encourage you to talk to your lash artist about options if you are struggling with retention, don't give up there is probably a solution. They also mentioned if I had an event I could always get a bolder more dramatic look temporarily and then go back to a more sustainable look afterwards. Very grateful I gave lashes another shot  and specifically SBK!

I am so grateful that I was able to meet Natalie! She's really great, professional, meticulous, and super fun to chat with. She always just "got it" when it came to what I wanted and I never actually had to help explain much. Would highly recommend!
