Finding a great nail tech is no easy task. Attention to detail supersedes speed for me. Most women go to the nail shop to be pampered so we're not all in a rush to get in and get out. Phung is a great nail tech and she knows her clients by name. She builds long lasting professional relationships. Heidi is a great nail tech as well. They're both very pleasant and have an eye for detail. The salon is always clean and feel comfortable to be there. Not to mention, the decor...everything is white! Also, the bathroom is always clean. I'm super happy about this salon and these two ladies are my nail techs. FYI, they don't take American Express; try to show up 5 min early because the parking is a little congested some days.

Very patient with my granddaughters nail design choice-they did a beautiful job. They were busy when we first came in, told us how long it would be so we just made an appointment to come back later. Everyone was very nice and as I said they did a beautiful job

I've visited several times but my last time going I felt they over charged me. They are very nice and accommodating during your visit. My first time getting sns was with them and I'm not sure they really are skilled at it. I went twice for sns and the last time was about 3 weeks ago. Now I have gotten sns done somewhere else and realized the process at a different  place was much smoother and the other place was cheaper. I was charge 55 for just sns 10 for a manicure that I'm not sure they ever completed and 10 for a design. I was blown away when they told me and thought the was excessive but I didn't ask before my service so I just paid and tipped . The new place I tried close by (in Ballentyne as well) charged 40 for sns and only 5 extra for a manicure.

I don't know if I'll return but I won't get sns again here. I love that they have the kid chair so pedicures here may still happen. But I think they need more practice in SNS but I see others come in for gel so they are probably more proficient in gel nails. It's been remodeled and usually pretty slow when I go which are perks.

Today was my first time visiting this place to get my nails done (deep powder) and I will modefinitely be back. Heidi did my nails and she was very thorough. She made sure I was happy with every single detail throughout the process and before I left the spa . I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I work at the hair salon next door and was so happy to see this place under new ownership. They did an amazing rehab of the place and it's beautiful and pristine inside! The receptionist was incredibly friendly when I walked in. Heidi did my nails. She was quick and efficient and they look amazing! They offer beverages, sodas, wine and mimosas. Always a plus! I recommend giving this place a try!
