UPDATE: One week since my highlight appointment, and I'm getting strangers stopping me in stores telling me they love my hair color and asking where I got it done. Not even kidding. FYI, I live in Harrisburg and travel quite a distance to get to SASS. When I told this girl the salon was in West Chester, I expected a look of confusion. Instead, she was dead serious that she travels there once in a while and would consider checking it out. The salon is beautiful and the team takes great care of you and treats you like family. I look forward to going back!
I asked for my roots to be a little lighter, with some lowlights....What I walked out with was unbelievable and to charge me 191.00 for this...I would expect the integrity of my hair to matter at my ends not at my roots...I was given an excuse of why they can't fix it..I would be embarrassed if I let my client walk out with what I got...I don't want to go back if you did this too my hair than not try and fix it...Don't make the mistake I did by going to this salon...I wish I could give negative stars...
