I've been seeing Michelle Gallbreath for 9 years now and drive from Austin to see her. She's the most experienced professional out there. So friendly and always gives the best advice on hair coloring and cuts. Just had my baby and she got my hair looking fresh and full! And everyone knows what happens with postpartum hair loss! I love her and will forever follow wherever she goes. If you need a master colorist GO see her and tell her Jackie sent you!
My mother and I used to come here every three weeks for services. However, the receptionist is snarky, rude and unhelpful. The salon owner, Kaye, had come into the suites a few times and had made my mother extremely uncomfortable. Over all the salon has a weird vibe.
I usually don't write bad about a place I would give is a 0 star but I couldn't. Went there a couple of months ago. Got my hair done. After 2 weeks a lot of my hair broke off. I mean like literally my beautiful long hair was all broken off. My hair is all dry up and piece of hair is uneven. I'm tell you I don't want to say who did my hair. But this salon isn't good. I pay a lot of money to get my hair done.
We walked into Salons by Kaye on a Monday. We were greeted by a very sweet hair stylist named Hillary Casiano. She explained that since it was Monday, most of the hairstylist were off. My aunt whose hair is just growing in from chemotherapy, was in desperate need to have her hair evened up. Hillary checked her appointments and said I can see you right now. My aunt was so pleased, and it made her feel so much better. We could tell Hillary is a person that is sensitive to the needs of others and goes out of her way. We need more people like her in the customer service world. Salons by Kaye is lucky to have someone like her working for them.
This is what I ran into when I walked into the restroom of this business. It was very uncomfortable for me to enjoy something as simple as relieving myself. If there is a cleanup crew that is scheduled to come through this building, I do not know what they do.
