I found Erika on instagram for Brazilian wax and decided to give it a try first thing first when you walk inside her suite (15) it smells amazing love the decor, she also has snack bar for her clients which is so lovely , she is so nice and sweet soul can keep a convo going without feeling awkward, she also explains everything for before after a Brazilian , 100% recommend her and go follow her page @shewolfwax
Would not recommend. Crystal will sigh and make you feel like you're unwanted. My girl paid, did not ask for a refund after letting crystal know that she used the wrong eye lash set, crystal seems to retaliate the feedback very negatively. My girl just ended up removing the set once we drove back home an hour away and getting charged the deposit twice + service.
I've been renting a suite here since March 2021 so almost a year & I love my space! I have so much freedom, create my own schedule, and love how clean the salon always is. The manager Emily is so helpful with all my little questions and made me feel right at home when I first started.
I've been to Kaitlin several times without any problems and then she took some sick leave and I ended up going to a different hairdresser. Once again time for a haircut and I texted Kaitlin and put me down for yesterday at 4:30. I sat down for my shampoo and cut, we were exchanging stories and I looked up and saw that my entire head was either 1" or 1/2" long, I asked why so short her reply that's the way you like...WHAT! I walked out of her salon with a very sick feeling in my stomach. When I got home I realized that she didn't even bother to show me the back, all I could do was cry, she had cut chunks of hair out of the back of my head , shame on you Kaitlin! I would NOT recommend her to anyone or anything .
