SALON twelve in Santa Rosa, CA

I am beyond happy with my experience at Salon12! I actually can't believe this is my hair! I purchased all the products used during my apt because my hair has never felt so good. I also really love the smell of the AVEDA products. The staff was super friendly and the salon was super clean. They had a really good vibe in there. The stations are also super cute with good lighting. Shelfs were also stocked with product to purchase. Salon12 did NOT disappoint!

I chose this Aveda salon specifically because the website advertised a scalp and shoulder massage with oil. Not only was there no massage, my scalp has never been so sore after a haircut as it was after this. The haircut is ok, but definitely not good enough to warrant the judgement she had over my last cut. Very disappointing.

My favorite place in town to get fresh hair color ! Sabrina does amazing job. She is very talented and I enjoy every time I come for an appointment. She has great attention to details and she is very creative. I also appreciate her communication skills - it makes scheduling easy and punctual.

I so badly needed a haircut and Grey from Salon Twelve delivered! It had been a while since my last cut (due to COVID and the all the restrictions) and I was so thrilled when Grey responded quickly to my email for an appointment. It was very easy to communicate back and forth through text and share with her photos of what I was hoping to achieve. I had virgin, very long dark brown going into the appointment and was hoping to walk out with soft layers and natural looking balayage highlights. Grey did an amazing job at listening and making sure the length, style, and color were what I wanted. Thank you, Grey! The salon was also super clean, bright, and tidy. I really appreciate how well they were adhering to COVID restrictions and safety precautions. Tip: this salon does not have a receptionist. The best way to get a hold of a stylist is to email SALON12LLC@yahoo.com and they will get back to you. Once you have established with a stylist, you can reach out to them directly on their phone for scheduling appointments. Since I am new to the salon, I just emailed with the type of hair and I have, what I was looking for, and scheduling preferences.

I can't praise Ali enough for her attention to detail and skill level. I came in to see her with an idea in mind and she transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted! She makes sure you are clear and comfortable with every step of the process and spends extra time to educate on the products being used. She is super friendly and makes you feel relaxed and taken care of through the whole experience! I will be back!
