I went last year! I just forgot to post! I can't remebered who colored my hair but man i wish i did. She almost made me cry... ive had a red tint/organge in my hair for the past 6 years from dying my hair purple i told her i really wanted to be able to get the most out we could. She didnt leave a single piece of orange she gave me these perfect blonde highlights that lasted all summer! I definitely recommend this place. Ill be coming back this summer for a tone!!
Went to get my first haircut in awhile. The staff was very helpful. Richelle cut my hair and did a great job. No need to be concerned over the 'what's the difference between a good and bad haircut' joke here. (Punchline is 2 weeks but actually it's more like a month or more I've sadly learned at another salon).
In town to see friends and on a long trip so needed my hair done. My color is a custom blend of 3 Redken colors mixed together. As they are familiar with Redken color, it was a good fit. I had called ahead to be sure they could accommodate me. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Heena was the stylist who had agreed to do my color. She was experienced, professional, pleasant and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. I will return.
They have a very fast turn over, every other time I go my stylist is no longer there and I have to try someone new. I was scheduled with Kina for 4:45 today, I arrived a few minutes before and got a call as I pulled into the parking to say she is running a half hour behind. Okay fine, ran an errand and went in at 5:15, sat down, was there about 20 minutes after checking in and still Kina didn't show up to even let me know that she would be with me at some point. I finally told the receptionist I would have to reschedule and left. I left work early, she knew she was behind before 2 minutes before my appt. Also, once I was there she couldn't be bothered to let me know what her status was. Very unprofessional and after 5 years, I will not be back.
Came in today and saw Rori for a eyebrow wax. Told her to keep my brows thick and for once someone actually listened. Had a wonderful experience!
