Absolutely loved my hair after getting to done with Britni at Salon Salon. I asked for Balayage, and to go brighter. She knocked it put of the park. Would 100% recommend.

So I made an appointment because I've been to many Aveda inspired salons and have had great experiences. I haven't had my hair done in a long time and was really looking forward to having a big change for the spring. I asked for the red hair picture and received what you see below. I had to have her tone it a neutral brown just so I could leave and not be embarrassed at work till I can find someone to fix this. Needless to say all she did was bleach is then thrown a copper looking toner over my whole head, then another red toner and finally the brown to neutralize it. Now I'm going to have to spend so much money to fix this. The owner refunded me but honestly it's going to cost double to undo this mess and it's just so sad.

these photos should say just about enough of what i went though because of this salon. this had to be one of the most traumatic things that i've ever been though. not only did i have an absolute disaster of a hair appointment and walked out feeling like a clown. i also had an allergic reaction because this salon failed to do a swatch test on me, harassment from several people, and also the salon owner herself disclosed my trauma and personal information after banning me when i asked for a refund. i had to get steroids because of how bad my reaction was !!! this place will cause you nothing but trouble. i'm begging you, do not go here and tell your friends. i do not say this out of hate, i understand mistakes happen. but it took me three salon trips at another place to make my hair somewhat presentable, as well as weeks to emotionally stable enough to talk about what happened to me and to write out this review. please do not go here, i would hate for anyone else to go through this trauma.

My daughter made an appointment at Salon Salon last week. She was very excited to get a new hair style. We showed up for her appointment today and the receptionist, rudely told her " I called you and left a message that the person doing your hair is sick" When my daughter told her that she hadn't received a message, the women then said "well she has been sick for 3 day" How were we supposed to know that. I understand that people get sick, but don't lie that you called and don't treat a customer so rudely. She will not be rescheduling her appointment at Salon Salon.
