They do a decent job if you have unlimited time But for a 11, am appt, to not be called back until 11:30 is unacceptable. Had never had a Pedicure take an hour, so I assumed 11 appt needing to be out the door @12 would be fine So got a very rushed pedi and had to leave. Won't return
this place is the worst fuckin nail salon I've ever seen in my life. Chai gotta be the worst "nail artist" or whatever you'd call him. I kid you not Stevie wonder could've done a better job if he was blackout drunk. Don't even think about coming here, if my girlfriend wasn't about to cry I would go in there and bitch out the whole staff for even letting her walk out with the nails they did on her. I came here because I was visiting from out of town and needed a dip manicure. The people who work here were extremely rude and didn't listen to what I wanted. Extremely expensive for a dip manicure ($50), which is more expensive than I pay in Southern California! The quality of the dip manicure was not good- it was lumpy and a nail broke after a week. Even though I paid for dip nails AND manicure, the man Andy didn't even manicure my nails. He was also extremely rough with my nails and burned my nails with the electric file. Then he called me too sensitive. Seriously? When I came back to get my nail fixed they acted very annoyed and they left the dust on my nail so there were lumps on my nail. When I mentioned it, Daisy fixed it and acted very annoyed. When I asked her name she said "Fixes Complaints" twice until she finally said her name was Daisy. I have never been treated so poorly by a nail salon. Avoid going here if you can... they also don't answer their phone ever.
