I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I asked them to 1 treatment lighten my naturally dark blonde hair. My hair and white girl never to me both had extremely orange, orange clown hair. No refund, no correcting or attempt at correcting the problem. Don't go. Any good reviews must be friends. Awful, I went home bot a box fixed the color but my hair was damaged and had 6 inches cut off just to start.
I was at Salon Q on Monday. Jenny cut my hair and I love it! Since it was my first time in the salon, I brought in a picture of how I would like my hair cut. Jenny cut my hair to perfection. Salon Q is a nice salon with very reasonable prices. I have an appointment for hair color next week.

Salon Q is owned by Jenny and others rent out their spaces from her. I have been going to Jenny since shortly after she opened. I was a walk in and wanted a haircut while I waited for a store to open. Jenny got me in right away, listened to what i wanted and cut it exactly the way I asked. Since that day, I have had a few different styles. I brought in a YouTube video of a hair style and she was able to cut mine to look the same. I don't understand the bad reviews. I haven't had a color there, but anything I have done has been done well. Jenny is really very pleasant and easy to talk to too and I think does a fantastic job for the price. Her hair cuts are very reasonable. Since that first day she has gotten much busier so now I make an appointment but she is always very accommodating. Also, to the other reviewer, Kelli, I have not seen piles of hair and I have gone there every 5-6 weeks for 3 years, maybe you were there on an off day or had a stylist other than Jenny.
