Ive gotten my haircut here twice (I have long, fine hair) and while the quality of the haircut is above average, the wait time is absurd even with an appointment. They don't value being on time which is difficult for most people. I also dont love how they styled my hair.
I walked by today after lunch nearby and am glad to have found an excellent hair stylist Maggie. She happened to be available when I walked by, so I got my shampoo, cut, blow dry, and styling, and walked out the door less than 45 minutes later looking great and happy.
Jian is amazing at cutting hair! I've been looking for a hair stylist for years and the ones I've tried out in the past have been sub-par at most with an expensive price. I just showed Jian 2 pictures, one of a long layered cut for the back and side swept bangs for the front, and she was on point. She got rid of most of my dried, dying split ends and I've never been so happy. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
