TLDR: If you advertise 'walk-in welcome' be available during those hours. If you want to make sure you can actually get your eyebrows done, call ahead of time. Came about 30 min after opening to find out the threader/business owner was not present (salon owner business is inside of had to tell me that). I had to call a number and was told she would not be onsite for another 1.5 hrs. I would have preferred to make an appointment before taking time out of my lunch/workday to spend 30 min making a pointless errand. Change your policy to appointment only and save other people's time.

Had to get a last minute eyebrow threading, and she took me right away! Definitely going to her again, she was really good with her hands. I highly recommend going to her for your eyebrow threading.
I have an eyebrow person I usually go to, but she disappeared on me and I needed my eyebrows fixed and ready stat for the holiday season. I found M&M on yelp and went for it. Be mindful it's in a barbershop/salon.. there will be a sign tent that directs you to the shop m&m is at. She's in the back. Went on an early Saturday afternoon, no wait. Ruchi was very nice and polite. My eyebrows grow weird (one grows straight, the other arches) so I'm always hesitant to try someone new coz they might ruin the progress I've made on growing them out to "even out". Ruchi did my brows perfectly! The perfect balance and didn't thin my brows out too much like some do. Will definitely be going back. Oh and she takes cash or Venmo!
This business shares the space with the hair salon so if you don't see the owner just give her a call. Actually, give her a call ahead of time. She is super accommodating and even stayed once a little past her closing time so I could get my eyebrows done. She is patient and gentle and I appreciate that she asks if you want a mini aloe massage at the end. She takes venmo which is nice and her prices are really reasonable.
