I have been going to Salon Loft for years. I actually tracked my stylist down from another location. She is that great. I see Niki Trent. She is the Best!! She's so professional, very talented and personable. I go in sometimes and just don't know how I want my hair. I lost most of my hair because of an illness and when it grew back, not all of it grew back in. I felt so awful about myself. Niki fixed my hair and when I left there I had regained some of my self confidence back. Thank you Niki, you always know just what to do!!!

This location is incredibly convenient to everything near fields ertle. I've seen Kim Sansone for years and find her to be amazing. Prices have always been solid and you truly get her time for the price point. She only sees one client at a time so you have her full attention. She is meticulous and honest in her work. I get a cut and style for about $50 can get that plus highlights for about $125 or so. My favorite is her deep conditioning treatment though - it is incredibly relaxing, takes about 30-45 minutes and includes a blow out at the end. I've seen her just for that too as it always feels like a treat for myself and at $30 is we'll worth it as she isn't skimpy on the conditioning products used.

My hair was getting annoying. It was Friday and I needed a change. I got on the website, looked for a place. Found this place then read the bios. Jessica stood out as she was specifically trained for men's hair it seemed. Got in same day! My hair was long and worn. I came in and didn't know what to do with it. She had an idea and executed. Jessica was extremely professional and did a terrific job turning me from surfer bro to professional. I appreciate the professionalism and ease that she brought me with my golden locks! I searched for Hair Stylists who cut Asian hair in Cincinnati and I found a review written by Saki A., recommending Lori at Salon Loft. Saki's hair type sounds just like mine - thick, coarse and stubborn - so I decided to give her suggestion a try. The hair cut by Lori turned out to be amazing indeed. I've never loved my hair so much, and the cut suits my personality! My friends in studio - I study design - told me that I could be a model in shampoo commercials already. It's that good. Lori is very professional and likable. She thinks for you, helps you decide the best way to treat your hair, and she doesn't push products or services on you. Two of my friends are already planning to pay her a visit in the near future. Yeah, I know right. Thank you, Lori!

I moved here recently, and needed a haircut (it had been a year- so clearly hair care is not high on my importance list). I decided to try salon lofts because it is close to my work, cheap, and I could reserve online. I think my hairdressers name was Tori, and she was great, efficient, and I actually really loved my haircut. I definitely recommend her. The place itself was really busy- I was there around 6:15pm on a weeknight, and really confusing at first. I had never been to a salon lofts location, so I didn't really understand the concept. Each person rents out their own little numbered space and there is a common waiting room and a map at the front. I didn't really like it. I like to be greeted, checked in, etc. which I've found to be the norm at even schools like Aveda. Here, I was left on my own to wander around and find the right "loft." Anyway, it could be a nice, one-stop shop for hair/nails/etc. but I prefer a little more customer service, I think.
