Salon Lofts Anderson Towne Center in Cincinnati, OH

I went to have partial highlights and a light trim. I got about 8-9 foils, less than I asked and paid for and the Jamie Davis decided that she would butcher my bangs. They are so short that they won't even lay down. It's absolutely the worst haircut I have ever received in 52 years. I had explained that I had trouble growing my hair so I didn't want much taken off and not to cut my bangs. Next thing I know she pulls my hair up and chopped them off. There was only maybe an inch left of them. I don't know any reputable hair stylists that would ever do anything like this. I am. Now stuck with pinning my banks back with Bobby pins as there is no other option at this point. I will never return to this salon! Even after emails and texts she has refused to respond. Very unprofessional and the worst hairdresser I have ever been to. With all the other salons around , take my advice and never go to her. You will be highly disappointed. It was just a nightmare.

I haven't had my hair cut since September. Decided it was finally way over due and so I scheduled an appointment with someone at Salon Lofts in Anderson. She called me about 30 minutes later to say she couldn't see me that day. OK whatever, I'll find someone else. So I scheduled with another woman there who texted me shortly after to cancel. Great. So I then scheduled with a THIRD woman for today at 12:30. Who texted me at noon saying she can't see me until 45 minutes later which doesn't work because I have a doctor's appointment. I just want my dang haircut without going to Great Clips and getting butchered but I took this as a sign not to go to this business.

I was looking for a stylist to do my hair for my engagement pictures but was having trouble finding places open on a Sunday. Since all the stylists at Salon Lofts make their own schedules I came across and booked a blowout and style with Chelsea at the Anderson location. I just moved to Cincinnati and having two sisters back home as stylists growing up, I've never had to have a stranger do my hair before so was pretty nervous. Chelsea was amazing! She was so warm and listened to what I needed and took her time to get it done. It turned out perfect for my pictures and having my hair done well made me feel more comfortable in front of the camera. I'll post pics when they come in! I'm happy to know a good stylist here for the future.

Love this place and the hair stylist is great. Very convenient and easy parking. Many services to choose from.

Stylist Jennifer Naegel has been doing my hair since the day I was born- I would not have it any other way.
