U.S NAILS BY AARON AND CREW in Cincinnati, OH

I considered SNS for a long time but am always cautious about where to go. Cleanliness is so important to me. I have heard great things about this location and scheduled my first appointment with Leo about a year ago. He's so funny, I love learning about his country and he's really good at what he does. I am not a high maintenance person and really never fix my hair or wear makeup but my nails always look so pretty It boosts my confidence and I get lots of compliments. Definitely recommended!

They have the worse ever!!!! It's a problem every time I come to this location . The first time I had one of the ladies take a book out of my hand , then I had one of the guys who was about to do my nails wanted to use the same towel that the lady before me used , now I go back because my nail broke and instead of just fixing it he wants to look at me like I'm stupid !!!!!

I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. I'm a mom of 4 small children and it is a challenge to get time to myself. I was immediately addressed and put into a pedicure chair. The woman helping me was just rude and short with me. It was never communicated that the person who'd be doing my nails was busy. I was told to sit in a chair and left. The water was cold and I was clearly being ignored. When I caught the woman who helped me to tell her the water was cold she continued to talk to the man a few chairs away then reluctantly came to turn the water on. I started to get up and just decided to leave. Scheduling a mani/pedi is time consuming and a luxury for me with 4 small children. I started to cry because I was disappointed at how I was being treated. It was 15 minutes past my appointment. The owner did stand up and tell me that the girl doing my nails was just not done yet. At this point it was 20 minutes past my appointment and I felt ignored and upset. I explained I had 4 small children and am a nursing mom and it's hard to get these appointments. He simply nodded and let me cry and leave. Honestly, I would not recommend this place unless you specifically request one of the kinder mail technicians. There are many nice employees, but not all. I'm just very disappointed in the entire situation.

This probably would be a 5 star but I have a difficult time giving a company that allows its employees speak a language that the customers don't understand the best rating. I think the outcome turned out great but when the employees are speaking and laughing and you don't know what they are laughing about it makes one very uncomfortable

I have gone here for so many years. They are always so nice and welcoming. They are very fast but get it done perfectly! I have been going to Rose for a couple years now and she is so amazing!
