M'Lords & M'Ladys Hair Styles in Simi Valley, CA

I had a fantastic experience at M'lords and M'ladies. I have very long curly/textured hair and I'm usually skeptical when I go to hair salons but when I first walked in to get a consultation at M'lords and M'ladies that skepticism immediately went away because, right off the bat, I knew I was in great hands (shout out to Elissa). She and her team started planning and took great care in listening to my hopes for my hair. Listening to them talk as a team, you could hear how passionate they are about hair and they were genuinely excited about all the possibilities. Not only did I receive expert care for my hair, but they treat you like family at M'lords and M'ladies. Even though it was my first time there, I immediately felt welcomed and like I was one of the family. I had a blast getting to know everyone and we had such a great laugh. They also gave me great advice on affordable products for my hair type. If you want to have a fantastic experience where you are seen as family and have your hair treated with high quality expertise, then M'lords and M'ladies is the place for you.

Callled half an hour before my appointment to cancel. I could have scheduled somewhere else but it's 3pm on a holiday weekend and I can't. Trash!

My Wife went in wanting a haircut, base color and highlights. When her stylist finally came, she had to consult with the other hairstylists about how to go about my wife's hair. After all that, she decided to just do highlights on her hair because "her hair was already dark" If the customer is coming in wanting to color her hair, don't tell her she shouldn't because her hair is already dark? Next, the stylist does her highlights and is too busy talking with everyone, she even forgets to check on my wife sometimes? So what happens? The highlights comes out extremely blonde! So she asks my wife "Do you want to put Toner in it? Well that's not free, but my wife has to pay for the toner now because she has no choice because she messed up her highlights. Finally, the haircut ‍ she wanted to cut her hair because she wanted a new look. The stylist asks her "Are you sure you wanna cut it this short?" Ugh yeah? That's why we came here! So she cuts her hair to shoulder length but literally straight across! How you would cut a little girls hair. Like can you add some flavor? Some design? Some art? YOU'RE THE HAIRSTYLIST! All of this took almost 4 HOURS!!! For highlights and an ugly haircut. Highlights! Not even a base color. The Highlights & Haircut plus the Toner because she messed up the highlights came out to $235! My wife is so nice she still gave the lady a tip, but I could tell she did not like her experience. I don't usually leave bad reviews but when I pay for my wife to have a day so she can look and feel beautiful after. I want her love her hair if I'm gonna spend almost $300!? There were two other salons I told her to go to but she chose this one because of the reviews. You guys need to train your stylists better so they won't have to ask the other stylists how to do their clients hair. If the client wants to color their hair with highlights, do that! If you have a client that day, your job is to stay with that client the whole day and focus on her hair, don't go just around the salon talking to everybody. Very disappointed. Now I have to comfort my wife and tell her she looks beautiful when I know she doesn't feel beautiful.

First time here and had a wonderful experience with Shannon! Great vibes and comfortable atmosphere!

I went here for the first time a few days ago and had an awesome experience. The place itself is spacious and big. Lisa did my hair and she was an absolute pleasure. She really listened to what I want and fully delivered. This is my first time ever getting lighter colors, "balayage" as opposed to "highlights," and i couldnt be happier.
