Salon G in Modesto, CA

So my sister has gone about 2 times to this girl named Alia at this salon and her hair has looked good she has gone more to the blond side. I'll post my wish picture and my after picture as well. It's something realistic in my opinion. So I text Alia send her a picture of my current color and my wish picture asked her if she could do that she response with a "Yes". My natural hair is very dark brown almost looks black buts it's not. (I've never died my hair black.) So I haven't touched my hair for about 2 1/2 yrs It's grown out and I had very healthy thick hair (it could take a lot). Alia DESTROYED my hair to say the least but at least it wasn't falling off or breaking. My appointment was at 2pm, she started the process right when I got there left the place by 930pm. Alia bleached my hair (stripped it) left product in for bout 2 hours after she was all done which took her probably 1 1/2 hrs. At this time I had to ask her for some water which she gave me and said "I was just about to ask you". ***When I was under the dryer she twisted my hair into a bun to where it left my ends at the top of my head she said that way my ends would lift more. I'm not a hair dresser but I believe this left a "band" all around my head that had a different bleached color to it. After rinsing my hair to take the bleach out she put color which turned my hair orange and my bottom had a red tone. I took couple of deep breaths to try and not walk out and keep calm. She was about to leave my hair like this but I asked her if she would go darker on the top. She did and all this time I had showed her my desire picture and said use the colors that she thought would give me the result. She put a number 6 It and under the dryer one more time. She was doing her friends hair at the same time so while I was under the dryer she is on her friends/clients hair. My head was getting very hot and no longer could take the dryer so I told her. she said oh just lift it up so I did. When rinsing my hair there was a spot that still had bleach mind you this was the third time she's washing my hair and from the very first time she washed it she had left bleach so my head is burning top are and bottom. I was thinking it was just from so much product that my head was sensitive. Charged me 150 gave her 160 never did she ask if I needed changed she just kept it, so I just left. She did not deserve a 10$ tip. She knew I wasn't happy with it leaving. But she insisted it looked great just what some other girls would like. She was having me go back 3 days after but I'm afraid. Left out of there holding my tears back. Please choose wisely look at before and after pictures before you move forward.

I went there to get my hair colored. I was given a gift certificate. This place I felt was very unprofessional. My appt was @ 9am I showed up a few mins before my appt. The hair dresser comes around the corner with a towel wrapped around her hair and say she would be with me in just a minute. SHe was coloring her hair! She sat me in her chair and colors my hair. She cutting my hair after coloring and another customer came in to buy a gift certicate she stops cutting my hair to help the other customer because the receptionist wasnt there. Then comes back finshes my cut then starts to blow dry my hair and her friend that was coloring her hair tells her that color wasnt meant to be on that long so she stops blow drying my hair to rinse her hair then after waiting for her to rinse her hair she finshes blow drying her hair before mine! I was not happy with them! Go somewhere else if your looking for a professional salon!
