Salon Flourish in Lutz, FL

I have been a loyal customer to Aveda for roughly a decade and was beyond stoked to discover this salon conveniently located so close to my home. I eagerly pulled into the lot and walked right in to inquire about what services they offer since each salon varies. It was a little offputting when entering because the salon was lacking cleanliness and there was nobody in sight. That was just for a brief moment before Ally appeared from around the corner and greeted me with "we're by appointment only!". This was not the typical "hello" we are all accustomed to being met with when entering any establishment. I responded letting her know that I wasn't interested in doing a walk-in but that I did have a few questions about their services. She said "oh, what can I help you with?" I told her at that point I wasn't interested in anything. That being chastised when I walked into a door didn't feel good and that I wouldn't want pay for somebody to treat me that way either. Her response was very flippant and dismissive. When I brag about exclusively going to Aveda salon's, I always talk about how incredible their customer service is and describe what it's like to really fall in love with my hair every time I leave an appointment. That is not the type of service that that young lady is offering. I, of course, will continue being a customer for Aveda but due to that employees abrasiveness and poor attitude (it must be safe to assume that she is a manager of some sort having been left alone in the salon) I will never step foot back into that location. It was a very anti-climatic experience and I feel disappointed just from the encounter with her.
