Don't do it! Shelby cut a huge hole on the side of my hair. She just kept cutting even after I said it was getting super short. I'd been growing my hair for months and working on getting it back in shape after a bad haircut in February. Now I have to start all over. I did give her a chance to make it right before writing a review and she was rude and dismissive, even saying that's what I wanted.Um, nope! Nobody in their right mind would ask for a haircut like what I got. Shameful! Also the place is a dump. My instinct when I pulled in was to turn around. I wish I had listened to my intuition on this one.
We love this cute gem. My husband and 4 of my boys all get their hair cuts here and I already have a scheduled appointment to get my hair colored soon! We've been going here for 6 months and we will continue to. Why do we love this salon? Cynthia and Juan are wonderful owners! They are talented, they care about their customers, attentive to details, and patient, especially with my youngest 6 year-old. Oh, and did I mention about their hard-to-beat prices? You can't find another place like this. We always go home happy and satisfied! Thank you so much for taking care of our family. We appreciate ya so much.
I had gone to another hair stylist in Springdale, who really messed my hair up. 20 years of experience means nothing if you never learned how to cut from the beginning. Practice does NOT make perfect. Practice makes permanent.
After waiting a year and a half for my hair to grow out from the last butchering of my hair, I go to her and she messes up my hair. Really? I didn't think getting two BAD BAD stylists in a row could happen. But it did.
A co-worker of mine, referred me to Cassey (pronounced like Casey) at Salon Exclusive in Rogers. I was skeptical, BUT, could I really have my hair messed up THREE times in a row? Lol. She was FANTASTIC! She helped me make decisions on what would be good for my face shape and etc. Gave me her personal/professional opinions, which I appreciated. And also, showed me ALL the wrong things that the last butchering did to me. OMG! So, two hair cuts within 3 days apart, 3 hours and $70 later, I have a REAL hair cut. I found my hair stylist that I will be keeping. Woot woot! I love my hair and everyone else is happy for me that that last hair is gone!
