When I came to Mel I thought I was getting a hairstylist who wanted to help people feel beautiful but instead Mel scams clients out of money. At my appointments with Mel I was asked by her to help with the service I was paying her to do. I had to help put beads on loop and cut somethings off of my extensions. This behavior was unprofessional and I started looking for a different hairstylist. I found a local hairstylist that not only didnt overcharge me like Mel but also didnt have me do any work to help her with the services I was paying for. Ladies listen up, please dont be scammed by Mel G, pay attention to her overcharging and adding her own tip into the cost of the appointment and absolutely do not help her with the service that you are paying her for. The most overpriced hair extentions I have found was at fabulous hair by mel g. The most unprofessional hairstylist who likes to get high before appointments and maybe thats why she needed my help durning the time of services.

Mel is amazing! I have never felt so beautiful! I've been seeing Mel for several months now. She took her time explaining the proper hair and color care. Talked realistically about my style. I started on olaplex and wow what a difference it has made! Around New Years we talked extensions and I am SO HAPPY I bought some clip in ones from her! She will color match them and trim them to fit naturally with your own hair! Even showed me how to put them in myself. Stunning! Mel is a master of her art and quickly gaining popularity in this industry. Get in while you can ladies and gents. I'm always looking forward to my next session. Melanie is the 3rd stylist I have been to since living in this area the past 4 years. It's not like the other ones didn't do a good job, it just wasn't me or my hair wouldn't lift like I thought it would. It was always "we'll get you there on the next visit".... Which was hurting my wallet! Cue Melanie, whose colors and color corrections I saw were GORGEOUS. She knows her colors, knows how to keep it super healthy (Olaplex!), and knows  what works with your skin tone! I'm now a deep brunette for the first time  in over 20 years and I LOVE it. She knew what I'd be happy with before I did. And I know that if I wanted to go platinum blonde she'd say yes but be realistic about what to expect and know that I probably wouldn't like it in the end.  Reasonably priced as well. My wallet and myself thank you, Melanie!

Thank God for Mel. She literally saved my hair's life after a terrible dye job (my first one too! It was heartbreaking). But she got the actual color and look that I wanted, without breaking a sweat. She is literally the only person I trust with my hair, forever.
