Salon Evo in Dayville, CT

I've been going to Evo for around 10 years and I've been bringing my son there for 8 years. Love the ambiance of the salon, their specialization in color and perfectly executed styles. Easy to talk to, friendly staff will help you achieve whatever look you're going for every time.

I am updating my review because my hairdresser is no longer there, but she made a great recommendation for another wonderful hairdresser there.
I have a ridiculous amount of thick hair and very limited time to style it. I usually have to put it up for work and school which if it's heavy, leads to some serious headaches and scalp soreness.
Katie takes such good care of me by layering my hair perfectly to frame my face and thinning it out so I can manage it.

This place is amazing! Hands down best salon I've been to. EVERY single woman in here is beyond friendly, everyone greets you when you walk in and maintains a conversation with you the entire time you are there. It's like visiting old friends! This was my first visit and I can honestly say I will be a lifelong customer. Katie was absolutely the best hairdresser I've ever had! I went from to-my-butt long crazy hair, super anxious about cutting, to above the shoulder bob and she made me feel confident from the second I met her. She was very helpful and honest in her advice and recommendations which I appreciate, and guided me the whole way. She even helped teach me how to style, and I had a little freebie bag for my first visit! I LOVE this girl and the phenomenal job she did of transforming my don't-care-mom-hair. The other hairdresser Sam was eagerly chatting up her little 10 year old customer which was super cute, and just goes to show the outstanding customer service. Every salon I have been to I felt out of place, the girls were snobby or rude or just wouldn't give you the time of day. This place has forever changed my mind about having my hairs did! I love it! It can be slightly tricky to spot if you are not from the area, looks like a little house next to the post office, but it's SO worth the adventure!

Not a salon you would expect to see in Brooklyn, CT it looks like it should be in Brooklyn, NY. It is modern, minimalist, edgy, and glam wrapped into a cool pink white and black space. The staff from the manager, owner and all the stylists are well educated in their field, accommodating, professionals and beautiful. Seriously have you ever been anywhere let alone a salon where the entire staff is gorgeous AND smart!!!? The prices are more than reasonable and the versatility of the styles, cuts, colors, and treatments offered are abundant. From the second you walk in you are treated with star quality and as I have mentioned before they serve wine! They layout is open and flows, the color scheme really works for the space, and I am always fascinated by the hair dryers that come down from the ceiling - I've never seen that anywhere else. Definitely worth making an appointment and judging for yourself.

I have been going to Salon Evo for about 2 years and there isn't a negative thing I could say about them.  They are professional,  knowledgeable,  kind and wonderful.  I will not go anywhere else.  Every stylist there is phenominal and you walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks!
