I went by at 10 am on a Saturday which is an hour after they say they open, but the doors were locked. I could see a stylist doing someone's hair through the window. I just wanted to buy a bottle of conditioner so I went to get her attention and walked right in front of the huge window, we made eye contact, and then she deliberately ignored me. There was another woman standing there confused who said she did the same thing to her. Finally someone else let us into the building and I was able to knock on their door and suddenly she was all smiles. She said they're usually closed on Saturdays (even though the posted hours say otherwise).It felt super nuts to be so blatantly ignored by this woman. She looked right at me and then deliberately averted eye contact, and her client was watching me playing charades. If you're going to be closed on Saturday, fine. Post a sign or actually explain it to your customers instead of pretending they aren't there. I'm on a road trip and can't order the conditioner online, which is the only reason I gave them my money.
