Worst pedicure ever. The woman clipped my nails, used the little buffer on my heels and put some lotion on my legs. She did nothing else... no exfoliating, no leg massage, nothing. She put a single hot towel on my legs and then painted. I was done in under 20 minutes. This was not a $30 pedicure. The chairs are also extremely close together. Find somewhere else to go. Just a horrible experience.

well well well where do I start .. customer service is HORRIBLE. my nails are chipping already, hasn't even been 2 days. I didn't get anything I asked for except for it to be gel and the colors even the gel part wasn't right if my paint is chipping off already! Peter get your shop in order and before you try to make someone get something they don't even want make sure you at least do it right I would call and get it fixed but I refuse to pay ! Not to mention it's breaking as well.

I gave them three chances and each time they disappointed! The first time I got an infection after brow waxing. The second time I got the fastest, lamest pedicure ever. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing, but this one was so fast I barely had time to take a deep breath. The technician also cut two of my toes with a super sharp nail file. Just went in for a manicure and was again thoroughly disappointed. First, the technician made me wait while he did something on his iPad. He had me soak my hands in acetone and then didn't offer me the chance to wash up before he started polishing. He didn't do ANY massage or even offer me lotion. Just quickly ran through a gel polish and didn't even have me keep my hands under the lights very long. That was yesterday and today 4 of my nails are already chipped. Won't be going there ever again. Too bad because it's convenient.

I've been here before and had fine experiences pre-covid. Bonus points for the cute little dog! I went for the first time in a long time last week. The salon seems clean (recently remodeled) and the woman who greeted me was friendly. That's where the good things ended. The man who did my nails was very rude. I asked him to cut down my nails and he said no, he'd file them instead. So he painfully filed my very long nails to the length he liked (didn't ask how long or what shape I wanted them). Then he started clipping my cuticles with a clipper he had used on the customer before me. I asked him to use a clean cuticle clipper and he just stared at me. I repeated my request and he simply wiped the clipper down with an acetone soaked cotton ball. I accidentally smudged my nail when using the little UV lamp and he scolded me for "not noticing" that I messed up the nail. The UV lamp was disgusting and looked like it was never cleaned. The tools seemingly were not cleaned often. The manicure didn't include any lotion, scrub, or massage of any kind. He also did my sister's nails (no clean instruments) and he made her bleed while cutting her cuticles. In the end my nails look fine but I will not be returning.

Affordable, professional, and most importantly kind. The criticism of Peter is off base, he is the best nail artist in this town, he is not rude he just stays extremely focused during the process. I have been getting my nails done here since I was 14 (7 years) and it is by far the best.
