I have been a client for a long period of time, over 20yrs now. I am pleasantly surprised at the great effort that Olga (business owners) has gone to in order to be in compliance with meeting all state mandated regulations and qualify to meet COVID-19 mandates. The salon was clearly marked and cleaned to keep clients at social distancing compliance. Jackie ensured to sanitize the chair prior to my hair cut and all staff wore face masks. This made me feel safe as a customer. Service levels have always been extremely friendly and fairly priced. Olga always ensures to meet expectations on hair designs and is quick to attend to any required adjustments when asked. THANK YOU OLGA FOR ALWAYS MAKING ME LOOK AND FEEL GREAT AFTER EACH VISIT! Keep up the great service and work.
Terrible!!!!! Olga only does hair nice if/when she wants to and judging the from the pictures on here that's not very often. Apparently she's been a stylist for over 20 years or something like that and doesn't know how to prevent staining when using darker dye? Doesn't make any sense, she knows what she's doing and shouldn't make a mistake like that if she's such an experienced stylist. She left dark hair dye staining all over her client! She also made really rude and racist comments towards my boyfriend when she did my hair last summer and I brushed it off because I didn't want to leave with my hair ruined- jokes on me because I did anyways. This place is trash, and Olga is really rude and says off putting comments while she is doing hair. Don't recommend at all
First, I completely trust Olga with my hair! She is definitely the best! She's pays close attention to the details given and cuts exactly how you wish! On my first visit I asked for a 2 inch trim (thinking I would get 4 like other salons), however, Olga only cut 2 inches as I requested. I was/am extremely pleased with all my cuts. Now when I go in I quickly tell her what I want, let her work her magic, and sit there worry free. My kids and I will definitely continue coming to this salon!!!
