I have moved often and lived in major cities, such as LA & Phoenix. It has been rare to find a decent hair stylist who knows what he or she is doing involving cutting and styling naturally curly hair. My hair was way over due for a cut and style, and had lost its healthy shine, and felt brittle. I found Teri by reading reviews on Yelp. I was able to book an appt. a few days ahead. Her salon was easy to find. She came out to greet me as I pulled into the parking area. She was friendly and professional. Her salon is clean with really nice energy. I told her what I would like to get done. She listened, and then showed me the build-up of product on my hair. Her knowledge of hair care is amazing. She recommended an exfoliating cleanse recipe using natural products. This I appreciated since I am vegan and use as natural of products as I can get. I was so pleased with the finished look! She did a great job, and my hair feels lighter, bouncier and healthier. And after 5 days of admiring my 'happy hair' I did the exfoliating cleanse. Not surprisingly my hair feels even better. Now I look forward to returning for a trim and to receive other expert advice. Thank you, Teri!!!

Just like she told me the first time I sat in her chair, Teri is a "Hair Educator"!! I've never been to someone who knows so much about the science of hair. My hair has always been thin, flat and frizzy. I have not left my house in 40 years without a half hour of washing, conditioning, blow drying and straightening, along with lots of hair spray. With a treatment of a few household staples at home once a month, she has helped me transform my hair in one year!!! What used to take 30 minutes, now takes 30 seconds! I feel like one of those women in the movies that roll out of bed with full, bouncy hair, put it up with a pin and go on with their lives! All the results with none of the effort. Who knew??! I am now growing my hair longer for the first time in 25 years. I trust her completely and use the clean products she recommends, plus she gives a perfect cut. Teri has been my stylist for about 15 years, she loves to play with color and is always willing to try something new and bold. Her space is cute and wonderful with a great one on one experience. There's usually no one else in there, it's not loud and she's not product pushy, but can get you you want. She's always affordable and loves to give her clients what they want. My daughter also sees her and she has curly hair which she completely knows how to make look great. Oh and did I mention she gives the best shampoo/head massage around! I will be back (every 6 weeks)

I've been looking for a stylist for YEARS to pull off the look I wanted for super short hair and bingo! Found her. Teri has done my 'do for the last year and blends perfectly the combo of super short/shaved and long that I was wanting and BONUS she's super pleasant and fun to visit with, affordable, and has a nice little private space that's conveniently located. Super glad I found her and especially for short hair I'd recommend her highly.
