I went for a trim from Diane and after cutting the back of my hair, she started asking me what kind of braid I wanted and listed all kinds of braids. I was so confused and asked her if she was going to cut my layers up front. She said she didn't know that I wanted them cut. Besides the fact that when we were initially talking I already her told what I wanted done with my layers; I have never in over 20 years of having layered hair had to specify to a stylist that I did, in fact, want both sides of my head trimmed. The trim she did was barely noticeable. Usually, no matter how little they take off for length, you leave a haircut with those clean edges/fresh haircut look. That was not the case here. I drove immediately from the salon to Great Clips and was much happier with what they did. I will not be back.
Went to Diane 1 time and that was enough! Color she used ruined my beautiful shoulder length THICK hair. Has no idea how to trim or even cut hair. I walked back in to the "salon" so she could fix the uneven length of my cut. Had to go back in again because it was still uneven. She attempted to even it out while I was standing (I am taller) twice now what a joke!!! It's been 3 months now and I can finally find another salon to repair the damage. Not everyone in FLORIDA wants short old lady cuts! Bye!!! Oh, I also tried calling her after the fact to ask how to soften my damaged hair and never called back.
I walked into Salon 54 ask for a certain hairstyle show Diane a picture of what I wanted. Left them with something totally different even though it was shorter than the picture the back was fine but the sides are atrocious. Posting a one-star is the place too much credit don't trust Diane cutting your hair God help you if you do
