Awful experience! This was to be my second visit. First visit was through Groupon and no issues. Texted owner and was told ALL appointments are only made online therefore scheduled for base color, highlights, wash and blow, made a deposit and received a confirmation email. Day of appointment, received another appointment reminder (I assume the owner would receive one as well) then drove 30 minutes to Massiel Beauty Salon for my 10:30am appointment ONLY to have the owner that was eating her breakfast nonchalantly tell me that she overbooked and already had two other customers scheduled for hair coloring! Mentioned she has poor Wifi but made no attempt to truly apologize and poor customer service. I asked for my deposit refund which she said would take a few days through PayPal. I have NEVER had such an awful experience, unprofessional and will not be returning.
Massiel is very sweet and she does a wonderful job with my hair and color every time I come. I would 100% recommend her for style, cut, trim, color and keratin treatments since I have loved the results that I received from all of those services!
I had a great experience today. My hair came out just the way I wanted. She is awesome. It's always a little scary going to a stranger but she eased my fears and did a great job. I will certainly go back again.
Today was my first time at Massiel beauty salon, she was very pleasant . My appointment was at 2:00 , I was seen a few minutes after loved that I did not have to wait an hour to be seen. I will definitively go back.
