I've came here many times and I thought it was not too bad in price as well as the ladies nice so I kept going back first mistake considering my hair was always lines in it I couldn't explain any better way and 2 days before my wedding I asked if they could get the highlights closer to my head so I didn't have lines showing when I had my hair in an updo for my wedding, not sure if she was mad an it was intentional but she totally hacked my hair and took my money sending me on my way knowing how bad it was I had to go to another Saladin the same day for 5 hours to fix it and cried and cried because there was no getting to what I wanted for my big day at that point , not to mention when I complained and called emailed they wouldn't get Do anything besides a $50 gift card. This is the worst Salon don't go there they have very bad treatment and very unprofessional, they burnt my hair and had the nerves to say it's normal, on top of this they are theives they charged my credit card without my signature after I paid them already . I will be reporting this place .
I went in July and Mona did my blonde, and gave me the look I've been trying to attain for years!!!! Love love loved it. Why 4 stars and not 5? It's very hard to get in or get ahold of anyone to get an appointment I tried a few times last week and also this week, no luck, no answer. They are also closed three days a week. Wonderful results, and all the ladies are super sweet, ljust wish I could get in - I'd love to come back!
Great job once again! Eyebrows and hair color. Same day appt. In bad weather!. Service with a smile ( under a mask).
