Managers name is Tony and he favors certain customers I've watched him several times turn away certain customers after a certain time but accept others same day even later same service .. Years of watching they don't change drills between customers or use bleach when disinfecting spend your money wisely Im definitely learning!
I went in for a pedicure this morning and had the worst experience. The old lady that works here was constantly walking by me while on facetime with someone and was facing the phone towards me and trying to be sneaky about it... she was staring right at me and aiming her phone towards me... literally pathetic!!!! Everyone that works here is very judgemental to the American culture. you literally work in America so get use to whatever issue you have.

The only reason that I am giving this place one star is because they were friendly and this is also the lowest rating that I can give. This was the most expensive worst manicure of SNS (powder/dip) nails that I have ever had. I told the technician that I was a flight attendant and that my profession was very hard on my nails. She nodded and smiled. She only powder dipped my nails twice and then proceeded to paint them with an old lacquer that she had to pry open with pliers (no joke) and then chip away the built up lacquer around the neck before she painted and "cooked" my nails with the infrared. My manicure lasted 4 days....... I'm now at my fave salon, Lovely Nails, that was closed last week, getting a total re-do......The End
Tommy is amazing, he takes his time and he really cares about his customers, he stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to finish my nails and he still took his time and made sure I was happy. Every time I come here my nails look good and when I come back to get a fill or a new set I never have any lifting or nails that have fallen off. Iv gone almost a whole month without any of my nails lifting or breaking. This last time my pinky nail was hurt and my nail was so sore but Tommy made sure he was very gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. They have cheep prices but the work is quality. Everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend family nails.
