Decided to have my hair colored. Came with a idea and picture, hair turned out nothing like it. Called and they were happy to have me come back. So again came with a picture and a color, still not happy. She again happily offered to do it a 3rd time but after spending all day in the salon it was not worth it. The place was clean and the people were nice. The work was just not to par with what an Aveda salon should be.

After reading good reviews, I chose this salon for the facial make up on my wedding day. I simply informed that I want natural look, after 20 mins of service, the staff showed me the result, oh no my face looked sick and looked 30 years older with no mascara no eyebrow filled. I was so surprised after she informed that eyebrow is not included in the make up applicator service!! So I just gave up, paid $27, left the place unbelievably frustrated. I washed all the make up at home, and have the make up done by myself. Just pure horrible, truely disaster, and the worst beauty service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
