I had the best experience with Stacy coloring/highlighting my hair, I've tried other salons, and always looked brassy, she achieved what I wanted the first time!!!
Jo is the only stylist i would ever go to at this salon. Around a year and a half ago, i wanted to go blonde and came to this salon looking to take the first step. previous to this my hair was purple. The hair stylist was aware that i had previously dyed my hair purple and insisted that i SIGN a written out contract!! So naturally i signed it thinking nothing could go wrong, this particular stylist had seemed very trust worthy and i wasn't worried, so i signed it. Moral of the story she used a color corrector on my hair, with bleach in it on top of my already purple hair. She then proceeded to put more bleach over that and moral of the story half of my hair fell out in the wash bowl. Almost a full two years later and my hair is STILL not grown back completely and it STILL choppy everywhere from this experience. You should NEVER have to sign a contract at a hair salon, that's the lesson from all of this.
I have to say Dani is the best!!! I rarely find someone who consistently does a good job every time. Her coloring is spot on. Blonde is not an easy color as it can get too white or too brassy and Dani consistently gets my color right every time!! I have gotten compliments from strangers on my hair since she has been doing it. That NEVER happens to me. Thank you Dani, you are amazing!
I have been going for about 2 months to get my lashes done by Mel who is fantastic. But I noticed today they charged me 4.00 more they say for salon fees. WHAT??? I have been paying the whole time. I asked today what it was used for, I was told cleaning , maintenance, water. I didn't use any water. I don't want to pay for them to get there salon cleaned or their maintenance done that is part of owning a business. I feel this is not right so I will not be going back here. This has nothing to do with the Lash tech she does great work. I feel every person should be told this prior to services being done. So WRONG
The salon is exactly what I've come to expect from the Aveda brand. I love the brand, the salon is beautiful, and your staff is amazing! I can't tell you how thrilled I was that my typically extremely shy little boy felt comfortable enough with Sarah to talk up a storm.
