NT Nails And Spa in Commerce Charter Twp, MI

This is my favorite nail place for so many reasons! I moved to the area 4 years ago and had tried multiple places for both acrylic and shellac. I'm happy to say this one is the one I have continued going to for 3.5 years. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and efficient! They seem to remember everyone who walks in the doors, which makes you feel important. They do a wonderful job with shellac polish, and have recently added the new Dip polish colors as well! Prices are reasonable and they do a GREAT job. I'm happy to go back every 8-10 days for a polish change and strongly recommend Le's nails if you are looking for a nice way to pamper yourself this holiday season!

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I can say hands down this is the worst place I've ever been. The younger punk dude that works here apparently doesn't know the words please or thank you and lacks the ability to smile. He copped and attitude when I asked him to wash his hands after he was outside smoking. He did not do what I asked (a gel fill-in) and the proceeded to argue with me about what I wanted. Uhhhh I think I know. I will never be back. I hope this place goes out of business.

To preface all this; I am a licensed cosmetologist. Not impressed, just left an extremely sub-par pedicure. To start I was told 5 minutes for a wait time (which it never is) I sat for several minutes in lukewarm water. I was offered a razor treatment, which I declined. She did not do a very good job with the buffer. My massage was short and not very involved. All while a Celine dion cd from the 90's played... I won't be back.

My mother, sister and I came there today for a pedicure and manicure. We had to wait 25 minutes for our appointment. The guy that did my nails was SO RUDE! I stated to him that the nail polish is very thin and after two coats you could still see the nail so I asked him to do three coats. He got such an attitude and asked me if I "did nails". Then as I was drying he started chatting to his co workers talking about me BC they kept looking at me and laughing. What a f'n JOKE this place is. How unprofessional and rude. Being in the industry myself I would never treat someone with such disrespect. We will NEVER be going back to this place. I'd rather go pay double somewhere else than to give my money to support his paycheck. Save yourself the time and don't bother. I wish I could give 0 stars!

With nail salons on every corner in this area, please choose another salon. The employees are not concerned about repeat customers and are downright rude. Please take my word. When I went to another salon on union lake road and saw the difference it was unbelievable!! No wonder Le's Nails never is busy.
