I visited this place yesterday and found the proprietor to be very rude. No greeting - I said Hello? Is there anybody here? Then came a comment of I can see you and that's all that counts. It went downhill from there. I will not spend a dime in this store. There are other places who are glad for my business.
Couldn't shop there two weeks agobecause they thought excepting cash was not good enough. Bank cards only. That is ridiculous and so unprofessional. What are employees steeling cash so they can't except it? I will never shop there again. And I will be telling everyone. Since then I sent email to corporate.and they are to scared to answer me to explain their actions. Ignoring a persons problem is weak and cowardly. I'm still spreading it around town. it will be a video on YouTube today also. Cowards!
Yesterday I needed to pick up one of the hair products and I was running late pretty close to they their closing time. So I called the store and the girl who answered my phone was really understanding. I barely got their at 7:55 but I knew what I was looking for so I got it and was ready to pay. But the cashier girl Sara told me that they are under an offer of buy one get other half off and considering I was late and they were happy to help and tip of that they were offering me more time to look around to find another product to take advantage of the offer. Hats off ladies. I am impressed with the customer service you provided
