I just went for the first time and Veronica was my stylist. I was nervous as it was my first time at this salon. She was fantastic and listened to me and looked at photos I brought in. She helped choose the style that would work best for me. She was such a warm person and I have already made my next appointment. Sabit the owner was very kind as well.
I just moved to the Southbury area from out of state. I have been to Sabit twice and the stylist did a good job and to tell you the truth the price was reasonable. I then sent my husband to get a haircut, he had to wait 30 mins for a haircut that took 15. No one came out to explain why it was taking so long. He almost walked out but then they came to get him. His hair cut was not so great.
The point I am making is we were new customers and that was our first impression. No one should have to wait that long. I guess our new business is not that important.
Needless to say I made my next appt. someplace else.
worst receptionist! i sat waiting for my haircut for 20 minutes, and left when i was told i needed to wait longer. No one even asked if i wanted a water! Was totally ignored. My time is valuable too! Not sure about the hair cut, maybe leaving was a good thing!
