S.R. Beauty Salon in San Lorenzo, CA

I've been coming to Sandra for years now. Ever since she opened up in her old location in San Lorenzo. She's a hard worker and almost always busy, but always provides quality work, and if it's not 100% to your liking she and her staff will make it right. Their prices are more than reasonable and they do it all. Even beard trimming with barber blades and all. I'd go to her and her talented crew over any barbershop in the area. They're that good. Can't go wrong with this place, and their new location is trendy, modern, and clean with fun and chillaxing vibes. Español: Yo he venido con Sandra por muchos años ya. Please please please do not go here. There are several things that went wrong during the hour and a half it took to get my hair done. First things first, my hair was very light blonde and I wanted my roots darker to create an ombré look with the area in the face being lighter. Two different people were applying color to my hair, both on different sides. When it came time to wash my hair out, they used a toner which was left in my hair way too long. My blonde then turned into a gray smoky color. After my hair was washed, it was blow dried. It was blow dried BEFORE any product or heat protectant was used and BEFORE my hair was brushed and/or combed out. I didn't realized how terrible my hair looked until I got home and had better lighting. I had color on my forehead and the color was SO BLOTCHY. There was no blending whatsoever and my roots were almost black while my ends were over toned turning from blonde to gray. I HATED IT! I felt like I couldn't even go out in public with my hair up let alone down. I called the lady that did my hair and insisted something be done to attempt to fix it. I went back that night and the attempt to "fix it" still did not fix it. It looked horrendous. I have since had to find another hair stylist to fix my hair. Please please please do not go here. Clearly they do not know what they are doing. To top it off, the stylists were non compliant with masks and wearing them below their mouth down to their chins. Please do research and go to a salon that knows what they are doing. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Amazing salon all around and I get my haircuts here on the regular and know what Ima get and always come out satisfied. Very recommend

So I made the appointment I was late .. the stylist agreed to take me and let me just say, It was awesome . I was professionally treated for all my needs . I was able to get my haircut , braids and eyebrows done up . I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
