JULIA, I'm traumatized. your work is absolutely traumatizing. Besoforreal. $50 for THIS?!?!? Look how crusty they look. Id rather have them without nail polish. I think i almost had a stroke. This was lousy, trashy, poor, and traumatic work. Julia managed to FORGET the top coat on my big toe nail. She also left a MASSIVE air bubble in my toe which managed to cause the whole catastrophe. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE DIP NAILS. If it does GET SOME GLASSES! I NEED A REFUND. this is unacceptable. Words can't describe how i feel. Im angry, disappointed, betrayed, etc... the list can go on bc it's just that bad. Also to whichever guy did my sisters nails... she went out the store crying. YOU MANAGED TO MAKE ALL HER FINGERS BLEED? I pay you to make them pretty. NOT TO MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE SOMEONE JUST ATE THEM. For a mani pedi it's $100. I'd rather eat 100 horses then come back here (i'm a vegetarian btw) Thanks!
The worst place EVER.......will NEVER go back they guy hurt me so bad and I kept pulling away and he just kept going harder my nails don't even look good because he was rushing so fast I left with my nails bleeding. Whatsoever do NOT recommend terrible customer service. I even pulled away and said ow and he started laughing I just called to tell them what had happened and he did not care and in the middle of me talking told me to call back tomorrow.
I enjoy and highly recommend the nail dip service here. Especially from Lily currently. I've been going here for two years since moving to South Knox. They are very reasonable and super friendly.
We booked last minute with our mom. Dad's funeral is tomorrow. We got the Volcano pedi and helped mom's swelling so much in her legs we are going to buy gift certificate for 10 more!
Staff is super nice and we laughed a lot.
Got a full set put on and they were totally crooked and my French tip was to thick would not recommend
