The worst service I have ever gotten. My nails are different lengths and the shape is completely wrong!

by far the WORST experience i've had in a salon. i'm never the type to leave a review, especially negative for that matter. but this issue needs to be addressed. i had got a full set, pedicure, and eyelash extensions back in march for my birthday. first off my lash extensions came completely off in 3 days. that's not even the biggest issue here though. with their dirty tools and rough hands, i now have a severe toe infection!! it's requiring medical treatment due to rough cuticle pushing and unsanitary utensils. so before you just decide to get your nails done, just know they do not clean their utensils!!! my toe nail has not grown at all since march when i received treatment, it has a horrible aching lump right under my cuticle. and no it's not an ingrown toe nail. i've visited my doctor and it's an infection called "paronychia" caused by irritation and infection. i'm beyond livid with this salon for being so rough and dirty. when she was pushing my cuticles back i had jerked my foot away and said she really hurt me, that didn't stop her one bit. and on top of everything, the service was AWFUL. they were just plain rude! when considering this salon, don't. i would hate for anyone to deal with what i'm dealing with now. doctors visits, the costs, and pain that come with it. all for a lousy pedicure. if i could give 0 stars i would. worst salon by far, and apparently also extremely unsanitary.

Finally found our spot for pedicures. There are several options and different price points, we chose the Royal along with a manicure. Coco was great, while I'm used to more pressure during the massage she was very good at cleaning up my cuticles and my gel polish is perfect. There is a quick hand and shoulder massage, I didn't expect all the lotion on my arms but it wasn't bad. The tools come out of a sterile pack and the bowls are line for sanitary purposes, files I noticed are reused from the previous customer. 4 stars since the massage was lacking and the files were not new. We will return.

I am disappointed with my experience at royal nails yesterday. My friend made an appointment for 12:30 and we got there a little before 12:30 and we waited 2 hours before they even started our nails. We were there for over 4 hours and I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it did not turn out like the picture...and on top of that, my nails did not turn out good (the lines on the French tip are not straight and they look splotchy) I am disappointed because the last time I went here I got a way more complicated design and it turned out SO good and i was only charged 60 which I thought was a really good price for how good my nails turned out and how complicated the design was. But yesterday, they charged me $90 for a design that wasn't near as complicated and they messed up on them/it didn't look like the picture. I really hope I can get some sort of refund or my nails Redone because otherwise I will not be coming back. I had high hopes when I came yesterday and I'm sad cause I was excited for my nails and they just don't look good...
