I've been going to Royal Clip since 2001, the year I started working in the One Shell Square building. It was under different ownership back then, but was still a fantastic place to get great cuts and brow waxes. To this day, I am still always happy when I leave the salon. I have had 3 different people work on my hair and brows and never been disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable, too, considering the location. Everyone is super friendly and it's a comfortable place to get pampered.
I just started working in NOLA and was stressed out trying to find a new hairdresser close to my job. Two of my coworkers suggested o try Chelsi at Royal clip. I was able to call and get an appointment the same day! Chelsi was so sweet and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when she told how much it was for a

I continue go to Royal Clip even though now it is a 20-30 minute drive - that statement alone speaks volumes, I think. I had to switch to Jenn because she works alternate Saturdays. All of the ladies who work there are wonderful. You will feel like you are at home with all of your sisters. They truly care about their customers.

I don't have much time to do my hair in the morning, and because of school, I don't get it trimmed often, so it needs an easy cut that will look as it grows out. That's exactly what she gave me, and it looks darn good.
The price was way more reasonable than most of the salons within walking distance of the quarter- they were running a new-client special, so my cut & style was only $25. Totally worth it.
