It was going to be my first time at Rouge and I had gotten there on time for a 10AM appt with Luci. The front desk offered me a beverage while I waited and notified me that my stylist was 10 minutes behind schedule. No biggie.... ONE HOUR later I was still sitting and waiting for Luci to show up. At this point I was fuming and decided to walk out. Rochelle saw my frustration and offered to pencil me in the following week, but next week. Mind you this is the 2nd time they rescheduled me. Luci calls me at 11:01AM apologizing in a bubbly tone and stated she was on a zoom call dealing with a family matter, asking if I wanted to reschedule with her. If you were in my shoes, would you reschedule with someone who doesn't respect your time? How can I trust Luci with my hair if she can't even show up on time? I left so upset and have to wait 8 days to have my hair cut that is now a month and a half delayed.
Excellent haircut by Lisa. She was great at helping me decide what I wanted. Beautiful styling with a curling iron was included, along with the wash and blow dry all for $95. I was very happy with the service and the value for the price, especially after trying more expensive salons in Mountain View and Palo Alto.
I am so grateful for this salon! They were able to fit me in last minute and gave me an amazing haircut. I had a great experience at this hair salon. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was exceptional. The stylist who did my hair was patient and thorough, and she did an amazing job creating the look I wanted.
I had an amazing time. Candice did a great job at clearly and thoroughly going through what I wanted, as well as communicating anything that came up during the hair cut. She followed the vision I had for my hair perfectly, fixed the mess of bangs I had cut, and styled everything amazingly. Will definitely return. Also what shampoo, conditioner and serum was used?
Candice was AMAZING. By far the best haircut I've gotten. She was attentive to my desires and made me feel gorgeous. I would go back to her in a heartbeat!! Can't recommend enough. Everyone should schedule an appointment there!
