This used to be my favorite salon for a pedicure. It is now under new management and my pedicure started chipping within one week. I'm very disappointed and will not be back.
Was disappointed that they are price on the window is different than what they advertised. I was told it was because I was a man and then it cost more? I'm not sure why since they're not having to apply at polished but... I was also told if I wanted my nails buffed SHINee that was an extra fee as well
Ask for constance!!! My acrylics always last and are shaped BEAUTIFULLY. I hate thick nails (because they look too fake to me) and constance always makes mine so natural looking. My last set lasted over three weeks before I decided I really needed a fill in. I work with my hands soaked in water so this was extremely impressive.
September: Went there for the first time, I tried dipping (1st time hearing and experiencing) came back to get a fill in and they said they were very thick (remember 1st time trying so I didn't know I wasn't suppose to be dipping so many times) had to sit hella long to get soaked off. Then they asked who did my nails and I'm like the lady sitting next too you. Guess that was a shocker
July: Try again only because they were open on Sunday. Got a full set with Gel polish. Thursday nail popped off. Not break, popped off like they were kiddy nails. My real nail was not very messed up which indicates nothing had disturbed it aka the glue and acrylic. I called, talked to a different lady(who there and talked to my tech during my visit) and had to basically argue and tell her all kinds of receipts(proof) that I was just there. Only reason I gave a 2 because the lady I talked to redid it for free.
Constance did my nails and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As a first timer here, I wasn't sure about the process of choosing colors and deciding between powder or gel for the designs I had in mind. She was patient and personable, and helped me find something I LOVE! I prefer coffin tip shaped nails and she took the time to make them PERFECT!
She also did a French and white pedicure on my toes from a picture I found, and HER VERSION WAS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL! I am 3 weeks late posting this review, otherwise I'd add pics.
