I had an amazing time here! I liked how it was a welcoming place and amazing service. I had gotten gel and acrylic French tips and it turned out so well. I definitely recommend Ca nails if you are looking for the most trendy and well done nails.
I've been here twice and each time was not good at all, the first time the gel on my nails peeled off in two days and now my one of my nails broke and the other cracked down the middle and I have had them for three days. The nail tech also was kinda rude.
Unfortunate experience. The guy doing my nails cut them so short -- it hurt. I stopped him after the first nail & said 'no too short'. I repeated this for the next3 nails. He didn't speak English and there was no one there who did so I just sat there and let him continue. The woman who Applied my polish did an OK job but they really needed another coat and again no way to explain so I just dealt with it. I'm upset with myself for paying full price not worth it.
They did amazing work completing a dip & polish on my nails. However, only one employee understands English well enough to translate for everyone so they started doing the wrong thing on my nails. Once I corrected them, they switched manicurists and the service was excellent!
I hardly ever write reviews because I don't like affecting people's revenue. BUT, I had to make an exception. I believe the lady's name is Angie. I've been here 3 xs and this time was my last. The nail tech got upset because I wanted to add more to TWO nails. She told me "No, one time. You can't keep changing mind." I didn't want the polish changed, just something added to it because you couldn't see the true color of the glitter in the bottle. I suggested they put the glitter (the ones you dip your finger in) on display nails so that the consumer can see what the glitter will look like on the actual nail. I pay at least $80 every time I go and I feel that there's a way to talk to people and properly display your product.
