I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails but she did very good and was very focused on doing my nails correctly.
I'm new to Memphis so I needed a mani and pedicure. This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon my pedicure was so thick and gluey looking. They didn't clean none of the utensil that needed for use pedicure. My nail polish is all over my hand. And I think they had too many people due to COVID
5 stars. I'm visiting from Colorado. And she took good care of me I believe her name is Kristen. Next time I'm in Memphis I will most definitely be returning
I called to set up an appoint but she told me they only take walk ins, asked what time they close she said last customer at 4:30. I told her I'll be getting there right at that time she said fine. I get there at 425 and she closed 15 ago. The sign says 5 and she was already closed! Never coming here again ! Terrible service !
Found this place by accident when I had to attend a nearby meeting and it is a treasure. Owner (I think) was very gracious. The Nail tech, a young man was very attentive and through, he even asked me after he painted one nail if I liked it and I didn't so he said choose another one. How many nail places are this patience and attentive anymore. Highly recommend!!
