This is the worst nail salon I ever been too. They skip around and do who they want to and does not go on any kind of order! The employees is very rude! I do not recommend anyone to come here and this will be my 1st and last time

First off , the lights went out there,I came to get a full set, and as soon as the lady put my nail on it was cricket, I asked if she could replace that one with another one and she said "no I'll shape it later"...I said yes man, the when she put the acrylic on she put it all over my finger ,not the nail,my SKIN... I said mam it's on my skin she said "I shape it later" I said ok... she got to shaping it and it's still looks like a horrible job, then she got her drill and cut me two time on two different hands..and it was bleeding .. so when she polished my nails, it was sloppy, she didn't even paint the whole nail and I said "mam you didn't paint the whole nail" ,she said yelling "I'll do a second coat".. I said ok.. so when she did the second coat she put it all over my skin

This is the WORST NAIL SALON EVER! This was my second time coming only to get my nail fixed from three days ago that had already chipped and paint was sloppy done. The first time I waited 6 HOURS. Totally was not informed if he wait when they placed in the pedicure chair. Today went to get my nails fix and again SLOPPY WORK and DIANN was not interested in fixing my nail properly. Aldo they use razor blades in your feet and that it NOT to. E fine here in Shelby county.

The customer service is very poor. This establishment does not believe in satisfying the customer. I came in to get my nails polished and I was not satisfied with the quality of the polish. There were visible streaks and polish all over my cuticles. The owner, Tommy, who polished them, raised his voice and argued with me about the satisfaction of my nails. I strongly believe that if I pay for a service, I must be satisfied with it. Nevertheless, he did not polish my nails and agreed that I go somewhere else to get them polished, because I was just being difficult. DO NOT go to this nail salon.
