Rose Nail in Abilene, TX

So far the best nail salon I found in Abilene. It's more expensive than anywhere else. It cost $138 (before tip) for a pedicure and a full set which is the reason for 4 stars. Also took a long time. I was there almost 2 hours. Quality is on point so I'll be back for sure.

Customers service was good I enjoyed the lady working with my daughter I wasn't to thrilled with the no mask when coughing and rubbing of the nose with sniffles w/ my tech (hoping it was just allergies) When it came to detail of art I think she did an amazing job How ever the manicure itself on myself wasn't the best I paid extra for the paraffin wax so tht was honestly the best part aside from the cleaning of the nails But over all none of the nails were shaped properly none matched eachother They were pretty long so they had plenty to work with But they were buffed down so much my nails hurt Overall looked clean Customer service good Overall experience with nails wouldn't recommend for manicure And price point I'm not to sure if it's good or not it's my first time in the location but i think pricing was reasonable

This salon is horrible. My nails are the worst. They are thick, chunky, they aren't the same length just everything's wrong with them! The lady was so rude and aggressive. I swear the almost broke my finger. There is the nail acrylic all over my hands and they feel disgusting. 100% would not recommend. I don't know how they have 4 stars. My hands are also so oily now. Now I have to go home and fix it even though I paid $50 for them. Now this is my opinion for the lady who did my nails.

I went there a couple months ago with my mom because she had a gift voucher. We both got pedicures and manicures. The reasons why I won't go back is when I went to stick my feet in the water it was scalding hot! I never got a pedicure where the water was so hot I had to immediately pull my feet out. I told her it was way to hot so she just ran cold water. She was very aggressive with how much force she was using during the pedicure process, I just didn't find it enjoyable at all. When she refilled the water it was still scalding hot, she saw me make a face and quickly changed it to cold water. Idk why it had to either be cold or boiling hot. I didn't like my manicure, my nails were filed uneven and the paint job was sloppy. My mom on the other had didn't experience the same problems I had, it must just differ between nail techs.

Owner run and family staffed. The staff are genuinely friendly. I often get pedicures here and have never had an ingrown nail or skin scraped drawing blood (which has happened at other places). I had a dip mani done that did not lift. I encourage you to consider them as you choose from the many mail salons available.
